Ceremony Coordination

     

Includes at least one wedding professional to complete the following services:

  • 1-hour coordination of rehearsal the day before your wedding
  • Set-up all ceremony décor, including but not limited to – chairs, pew flowers, aisle runner, unity candle, photos, guest book, additional floral arrangements, etc. (up to 2 hours prior to start of ceremony)
  • Establish order of events and adhere to timeline to maximize your experience

  • Clean-up as required by venue.

Everything You Need! 

               

Includes at least two wedding professionals to complete the following services:

  • All ceremony and reception coordination services as listed above
  • Discussion of theme, color, style, and complete wedding design
  • Research of wedding professionals in each category that fit your event style and budget, and guidance in making the final selections 

  • Follow-up communication with all contracted vendors 1 – 2 weeks before wedding day

Reception Coordination 

               

Includes at least one wedding professional to complete the following services:

  • Set-up all reception décor, including but not limited to – tables, chairs, linens, centerpieces, favors, gift table, photos, etc. (up to 2 hours prior to start of reception)
  • Establish order of events and adhere to timeline to maximize your experience
  • Collect and organize all personal items for the bride and groom prior to departure of reception, including but not limited to – gifts & cards, cake topper, cake utensils, extra cake/leftover food, champagne glasses, guest book, décor, apparel, etc.

  • Clean-up as required by venue.
